ICDP were approached by Retail Homestores to create an extension for their existing warehouse. Their business had outgrown its space and additional floor area was required for storage. The parking space and dead end road adjoining the building was owned by the client and so the proposed extension was designed to fill this space. The new design provides almost double the floor area to accommodate the growing business.
