This project involved the extension  & internal remodelling of a 19th Century stone villa in the Broomieknowe conservation area to form an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Following the removal of the existing conservatory a large opening in the existing gable was formed & a Siberian larch and slate clad extension was erected.

Large glazed screens allow the garden to flow into the house. A multi-fuel stove & oak flooring provide comfort whilst triple glazing & highly insulated walls and roof provide energy efficiency.
