This mixed use development comprised of the creation of Class 4 industrial units and offices as part of the overall master-planning of the site. Double storey glass cladding to the south and east corner of the building creates a welcoming entrance to the building and the curved brick wall encloses the building from the public street.

The second phase of this two phase development comprised of industrial units and a two storey office. The large open plan office space creates a column free flexible working environment which has the added benefit of large areas of glazing allowing natural light to flood into the interior spaces.
