Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park
The Stronachlachar development consists of 5 new-build terraced houses, a detached dwelling and the renovation and remodeling of a stone cottage linked to the Scottish Water heritage on the site. The proposed development is intended to be sustainable and energy efficient. The houses have been designed and orientated to utilise passive design measures to reduce demand for heating, cooling and lighting. A high performance building fabric with energy efficient lighting, services and controls is proposed. The homes promote high quality design and local identity.
