Set in the Scotstoun Conservation Area the extension and alteration of this Victorian cottage allowed the owners better access to their garden whilst providing an open plan kitchen and living space. Adjacent to the kitchen is family shower-room and an associated storage area.

Natural blonde sandstone, scratch coat render and natural slate were selected for the exterior material palette in order to match the character of the existing property.
